The Palestinian and Jordan Insurance Federations Organize a Training Program on Digital Transformation
The Palestinian Insurance Federation, in cooperation with the Jordan Insurance Federation, organized a specialized training program titled “Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Applications in the Insurance Sector.” The two-day intensive program, totaling 14 training hours, was held at the headquarters of the Jordan Insurance Federation in Amman, with the participation of representatives from several Palestinian insurance companies.
The program aimed to empower professionals in the Palestinian insurance sector to keep pace with the rapid technological advancements in digital transformation and artificial intelligence. It focused on enhancing their ability to apply smart solutions in risk management, data analysis, and the development of insurance products and services, while preparing them to adopt new technology-driven business models aligned with global digital trends in the insurance industry.
The training was delivered by Dr. Moataz Al-Dabbai, CEO of Tech Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Consultant, who also serves as an Associate Professor at the School of Business at the University of Jordan. Dr. Al-Dabbai is a frequent speaker at specialized conferences and training programs on digital transformation and artificial intelligence, and an expert in data analysis using AI tools.
It is worth noting that both federations are committed to strengthening professional cooperation between the insurance sectors in Jordan and Palestine through a partnership agreement that brings them together. This collaboration builds on the Jordan Insurance Federation’s extensive experience and leadership in implementing specialized regional insurance training programs, and aligns with the vision of the Palestinian Insurance Federation to advance the insurance sector and enhance the technical capacities of its workforce.
