He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media from An-Najah National University, a professional certificate in Crisis Communication Management from the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and a diploma in Digital Media from Birzeit University.
Throughout his career, he has worked across several financial and development institutions, most recently at the Capital Market Authority, the Palestinian Economic Council for Development and Reconstruction (PECDAR), and the Engineers Association.
Mr. Ma’ari has served as a consultant and trainer with various international organizations in the fields of project management, social transformation, and reputation management, including the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN–HABITAT).
He represents the Palestinian Federation of Insurance Companies on the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Accident Victims Compensation Fund, and serves on the boards of several civil society organizations, including the Shahed Center for Citizen Rights and the Palestinian Observatory – Kashif.
