Mr. Riyad Nazzal
Board Member of the Union - General Manager of the Palestine Mortgage Insurance Company
Mr. Riad Nazzal serves as the Executive Vice President of Bayti Real Estate Investment Company, the developer of the city of Rawabi. In this role, he leads the company’s financial and administrative operations by formulating and executing effective strategies that enhance operational efficiency and institutional governance. With over 20 years of experience in developing financial and administrative management, he is recognized as one of the prominent professionals in the investment and real estate development sector.
Prior to joining Bayti Real Estate Investment Company, Mr. Nazzal held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Massar International Group for more than seven years. During this time, he gained extensive experience in financial planning, operational control, and performance analysis. His expertise contributed significantly to strengthening the group’s financial sustainability and supporting its investment strategies.
Mr. Nazzal holds leadership and board positions across several public and private companies. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Arkan Real Estate Company and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Palestine Exchange (PEX). In addition, he serves on the boards of several private companies and is an active and engaged member of numerous associations and civil society organizations.
In his role as Chairman of Arkan Real Estate Company, Mr. Nazzal plays a key part in shaping the company’s strategic direction and enhancing its position in the real estate market. He also contributes to the governance of the Palestine Exchange and holds board memberships in a number of private firms and financial and investment institutions. Furthermore, he remains actively involved in several associations and civil society organizations.
Mr. Riad Nazzal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Birzeit University.
