It was registered under company number 562601583. The company received its license to operate from the Palestine Capital Market Authority on August 17, 2023, after fulfilling all regulatory requirements.
The company was founded through the initiative of a distinguished group of Palestinian business leaders with a paid-in capital of 15 million USD. It embodies a philosophy rooted in providing cooperative and Sharia-compliant insurance services, tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients.
