Mr. Abdel Hakeem Qasem

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Abdel Hakim Qasem is considered one of the most prominent figures in management and economics. He is distinguished by his strategic vision, exceptional ability to achieve growth, foster innovation, and lead with effectiveness.
Mr. Qasem has held several leadership positions in leading companies and institutions at both the local and regional levels. He began his professional career as an economic researcher, and later assumed senior positions in major companies such as Al Salam International and PADICO Industrial, building a strong record in management and strategic planning.
He further developed his expertise in the insurance sector through his leadership role at the Palestinian Takaful Insurance Company. He also served as Deputy CEO at the Arab Specialized Hospital, where he left a significant mark in development and strategic planning. Currently, since 2022, he has been successfully leading Al Baraka Islamic Insurance Company, in addition to having previously served as CEO of the Rhodos Group.
