The Disciplinary Committee of the Federation is responsible for reviewing violations committed by Federation members, based on referrals from the Board of Directors. The Committee is composed of five members appointed for a term of two years. It renders its decisions after holding closed sessions and is authorized to impose sanctions such as warnings, reprimands, fines, or recommend suspension of a member's license. All decisions are submitted to the Board of Directors for ratification, while ensuring the member’s right to appeal in accordance with legal procedures.

The Financial Committee is the specialized body within the Palestinian Insurance Federation responsible for managing the Federation’s finances. It formulates appropriate financial policies and oversees their implementation to ensure optimal use of the Federation's financial resources.

This committee is tasked with studying and monitoring market regulation mechanisms and submitting its recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval in accordance with proper procedures.

This committee works to standardize and enhance the professional foundations of all types of insurance contracts. It also sets minimum pricing definitions for all types of optional insurance in accordance with risk levels and international pricing standards, subject to approval by the Federation’s Board of Directors and the Palestinian Capital Market Authority.

The Legal Committee reviews and evaluates the legal framework governing the work of the Federation’s committees, ensuring alignment with applicable laws. It also cooperates with official authorities in drafting necessary insurance legislation to issue laws, regulations, and decisions that ensure stability, development, and progress in the insurance sector, with the Board's approval.

The Health Insurance Committee within the Palestinian Insurance Federation seeks to resolve inter-company health insurance claims, unify the professional standards for health insurance contracts, and strengthen collaboration with official entities. It also contributes to the development of insurance legislation and strives to build partnerships with entities such as the Ministry of Health and the Medical Association to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to insured individuals, with the Board’s approval.

The Arbitration Committee is responsible for reviewing and resolving disputes between member companies. The Committee is composed of three members, provided that the disputing companies are not represented on the Committee. The Arbitration Committee operates in accordance with binding principles that have been mutually agreed upon and approved by the Board of Directors.
This temporary committee is tasked with developing proposals for agreements with banks that meet the expectations of member companies, covering all technical, operational, financial, and legal aspects. The proposals should also include a timeline for implementation, mechanisms for application and compliance, and an accompanying media campaign – all subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
