The National Insurance Company (NIC) was established in 1992 and officially began operations on March 1, 1993. It was founded by a group of Palestinian businesspeople and industry professionals during a pivotal phase in the region’s political and economic development. Their vision was clear: to build a strong, national insurance institution—rooted in Palestinian capital and operated by local talent with rich international experience.

NIC stands as a symbol of economic independence and resilience, driven by a generous and determined people striving to build a prosperous present and future.
